Product Development Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

1. Participate in product development and design, and conduct process feasibility assessment; Form product development process documents and reports;

2. Be responsible for the analysis of product defects and the improvement of yield; Be responsible for the analysis and improvement of technical problems in the production process;

3. Lead the trial of products in the production line, coordinate all processes to complete the trial on time, and find and solve the process and material problems;

4. Be responsible for the formulation and update of product process flow, inspection specifications, process sheets and checklist;

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above in materials, physics, chemistry and other related disciplines; It is better to have a certain understanding of cesium iodide and perovskite scintillation crystals;

2. Strong learning, logical analysis, induction skills, and good oral expression skills;

3. Good English (listening, speaking, reading and writing);

4. Master relevant development tools.
